1st Unofficial Unofficial Superhawk Forum Rally NE

October 3rd. 12-5 we host a car-MC-tractor-contraption show. Usually a good number of bikes. Not hundreds but enough to finish the chili. and a keg. If anyone here shows up It will qualify as the start of the Annual NE SH Rally. Food and bevs on me. There's more than chili by the way.

JPP, Are you the member who advertised a get together last year, and you're a chef at a restaurant in upstate NY, or something like that. It sounded pretty tasty.

If so, please move to California.;) I remember wanting to go to to that thing last year, but being 3,000 miles away and all...:(

I just checked out your website. The decor of the dinning area reminds me of a place where my wife and I dined in Wales in '94. The Pyrenees boar tenderloin was fantastic. And the owner and I had something in common, an appreciation of blues music. So he put on "The Best of ZZ Top" while we were eating. Quite a contrast in the cellar-like decor in a small village in western Wales. Enjoying a fabulous meal while listening to "Jesus Just Left Chicago".

Yep that's me. We've been holding this local show for 8 or 9 years now. It's not big but lot's of fun. We get some wacky stuff like hovering lawn mowers next to Gullwing Mercedes and a showroom condition Vincent Black Shadow. Original owner Cobra GT350 and 2 of 6 (left in the US) '58 Seata convertibles. A group of old Brit bikes end a ride here as well. Hit N' Mis engines and old tractors.

I used to live in Thousand Oaks back in the day. Felt it was time to come home when I found myself tooling around on my KZ650 with no helmet or shirt and flip flops ( AKA Zories in FL, Rubba Slippas in HI) and $15 in my pocket.
