Where to buy?
A decent quality motorcycle cover for the SH? I dont want to spend hundreds of dollars. Both the bikes are getting put away this weekend for the winter time here in UT to start. I would like to cover them to keep the dust and crap off them. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Where to buy?
just keep an eye on ebay and you can get one for a good deal. I got a Dowco Protector for 20 bucks and it was brand new.

I have a new Geza cover that is really nice. I bought it this year at Laguna Seca. Paid about $100 (slightly more). It is perfect and hardly used.
Make me a reasonable offer and it's yours! |
Re: Where to buy?
If the bike is going to be stored indoors, wal-wart has one for $19.99 that will be more than adequate as a dust cover. I used one on a carport for over a year and it still looks and works as new. I now use it in a garage occasionally for dust. Outdoors, I'd give it only 2-3 seasons at most.

Re: Where to buy?
Both of my bike are getting stored under my father-in-laws back deck, there is a storage area under there but it does get wet from time to time from what he has told me.
Thanks for the offer there RC996, but arent the Geza covers only half covers? I will check out the ones at Wal-mart. I just need something to try to keep them as clean as possible during the this time in the year that I hate. |
Re: Where to buy?
I found a great MC cover at Wal-Mart for $19.95, while I was waiting for my silver, black & Red Nelson Riggs cover to come in and was surprised at the good quality and tried to cancel my order but it was too late.
When the Nelson Riggs cover came in, I took the Wal-Mart cover back, I was a size large and too big anyway. A medium should work great. Stuart |
i got a really nice covermax cover at my local dealership for about $45
