Superhawk Repair
Hey everyone,
This is my first post as I'm new to the forum. I purchased a superhawk from a friend of mine for dirt cheap after he lowsided on it. I was wondering if you guys could see what parts I need to order or if entire assemblies (like for the footpeg) had to be replaced. There is also an oil leak but I'm not sure where it is coming from or how to pinpoint it. If I had to guess I would say it is where the line for the oil cooler comes out but I'm not sure. Here are some pics of the damage. Thanks in advance for your responses. https://www.dropbox.com/s/g6cv01idh6...%2030%20AM.jpg https://www.dropbox.com/s/jlzj9s5bb4...%2019%20AM.jpg https://www.dropbox.com/s/udyksyuqt2...%2050%20AM.jpg Robert |
Greetings
Most the parts will be on your local ebay, however the clutch cover, and probable source of your oil leak will be rare secondhand (due to folk crashing on it). See if you can find someone nearby who can weld aluminium to get it oil tight and then get a Carbonadi carbon-fibre cover on top to give extra protection. |
i have a spare clutch cover as well as oil cooler lines if your interested
i cant see the pictures to see what else you need but i have loads of spare parts. let me know what you need and we can work something out. send me a PM |
