The SH now has a companion, my brand new Aprilia Tuono 1100 RR has arrived and don't they look good together?:boink:

I must say the Akrapovic CF can I had put on makes that V4 sound great but it's a bit louder that I expected LOL - I should have put one on the SH long ago! I need to get some seat time on the Ape to compare but it literally just came... I hope its the fastest color like my SH is ;-) I sure know it has a lot more horsepower than my old girl does (175 hp) but I still love her as much as i did 14 years ago when I bought the her but her days are numbered and I will surely miss her when she goes to a good home in Indiana next week :(

Heaps of grunt, lots of electronic wizardry to play with .

i didn't like the front end but loved the power and sound

The Tuono has gone now but the VTR is still here.

I have owned 3 Aprilia and liked them all but prefer my modded VTR.

P.S The main reason the Tuono went was that it was a hazard to my license..

Yeah it does have grunt and a nice sound - sure will need to keep an eye on the speedo so I don't get a ticket LOL (it does have cruise control though)

I figure I will master all the electronics just in time to put it away for the winter ;-)
