Hey guys, where do you like to keep the tach needle when you're riding hard in the hills (or enen the track?)

Just cruising I like to keep it low to save gas but on the track or mountains I like to have the power right on tap . So I keep it around the 5000 mark. This way you don't have to downshift to make power.

Just putting around it's usually near 4K. In the mountains I don't leave 2nd gear when I'm playing so that's anything near redline.

My most aggressive riding is in the mountains - mostly Tail of the Dragon.
I run all of it in second gear.
RPM range 4000-9000 RPM.
My front sprocket has one tooth less than stock.
