Repair Manual?

OK, I've seen evidence that there is a down-loadable "free" repair manual...somewhere...

Am I blind? I'm having trouble finding it. Oh, and if its no longer available, does anyone have any suggestions about what manual I should get? I've an "03 Super Hawk.
