Rear tire flat when I went to ride......
 

I went to ride my Superhawk yesterday and I started pushing it out of the garage and when I realized that it was kind of hard to push for some reason. Look down at the back wheel and its flat as a pancake. I spinned the wheel around to find a small puncture in the tire. Right there I thanked the God again for letting me make it home safe from my last ride. I check my tires for holes, glass, nails etc every time I ride, I must have picked it up on the way in. Luckily It didnt blow out on my while I was riding hard. That brings me to ask has anyone ever had a rear blow out? If so, what happened, where you going fast? :?:

It sucks to get a flat tire. Sorry to hear that.

No, I have not had any experiences with a tire blowing up (or out). I have picked up nails and glass here and there, that caused me to get flats, but they are mostly slow releasing air, so it just made the rear end act "funny" when riding, which I would pull over and see that I got a flat.

I always assumed it will be a scary, but not so dangerous situation.

Anyone else??
