Pac Jack

While doing some maintenance work I took a moment to try out the Pac Jack. Works like advertised. Lifted the tire clear, quick and easy. Most important no scary tip the bike over moments.
Used the last hole in bottom arm. The only other comment I can make is how the top arm interfaces with the axle nut. because of the slight recess of the nut in the swing arm the top arm of the PJ is flush with the outside of the nut, leaving very little margin for misalignment. Care when used and making sure that the top arm stays put while lifting. As always YMMV.
I'm very pleased with the tool.

Since I installed swing arm spools (bobbins) and did not try it on the axle nut, I can't comment directly. I adjusted the length of the PJ for the spools. However, it would seem a quick easy modification to use a Dremel type tool with a sanding drum and "relieve" (deepen) the notch in the PJ to make it index more securely with the axle nut (or a spool). No?

Either way I'm pleased you like the PJ, I thought they were a well made and design device.

Going at it with a dremel might very well improve contact. I think I'd clock the axle to get the nut more in sync with the PJ first. In reality I will just leave it as is. Worked just fine. It will travel with me from now on.

Discovered another use for the Pac Jack. Works perfectly as a tank prop.
I wont be needing my custom made pine 1x2 anymore.
