"New" Yoshimura exhaust hangers

My hope is that they will allow me to use my hi-mount link pipes (which are longer than the low-mounts and thus give a boost to the lows and mids) while keeping the passenger pegs (so I can take my daughter out for rides)...

Hope they were cheaper than the ones I saw on Ebay (think they were almost $300 shipped)... Which midpipes are you currently running? They look like they'll work with something that's "mid-high" like Microns but the ultra-high mid-pipes like Devil or Leo Vince look too high. Jardines and TBR's are a little lower, they may work with those. Any reason for those as opposed to just using spacers and longer bolts for the stock passenger pegs? Obviously these are a better looking setup, but they'll either fit or they won't. With the spacers the height of the mufflers is irrelevant.

I bought these precisely because they were significantly cheaper (been looking at the ones on eBay, which are also on jauce, but wouldn't pay the asking price). As for the link pipes, am running a complete Akrapovic system with a set of both high and low-mount link pipes (have the appropriate Akra cabon hangers for the high-mount set-up) that I can swap between. I ran them in the high position for some time but swapped back to the low-mounts when my daughter started coming with me. These should allow me to achieve my goal but I won't know for sure until I get them...

agreed, such is a nicely machined part vs a stock cast piece (will be getting black paint or powdercoating if they fit anyhow, to blend in with the rest of my bike). While the aesthetic dimension is a bonus, I really, really hope they allow me to hook up my hi-mount link pipes. My entire philosophy in building up my bike has been to create a responsive mid-range monster, and fitting the longer link pipes would be another step in that direction.

Update: Finally got around to installing my high-mount link pipes (had been running low-mounts since I started taking my daughter out for rides) thanks to the aforementioned Yoshimura high-mount supports (which also have folding footpegs as OEM bits). I had to put some spacers to set the cans outward (notably on the chain side) as the can was oh-so-close to the swingarm brace and hugger. Anyhow, got everything on, made the necessary jetting changes (with the Flo-Commander on both the main and pilot circuits, I only had to turn both screws) and off I went. The bike pulls noticeably stronger in low and mids, while losing some power up top. As I very seldom rev it close to redline (prefer to surf the torque curve instead - it's a streetbike after all), it's a very feasible and acceptable trade-off for me. In face, it was precisely what I was hoping for. Roll-ons are now stupid quick... :)
