New to me Corbin Gunfighter
So I mount up my new carbon Gunfighter and take her out for a test drive. Yikes! I'm totally off my game. This seat is more slippery than the stock cover. I'm slidin' all over the place. Can someone recommend some sort of miracle ointment to cure my dilemma?

Sell it to me for $1.25 :D
You could try cleaning/washing it really well as a start. |
sex wax ?
:D tim |
Use 409 to clean the seat. What are you wearing? That came out wrong.....but certain materials on certain other materials are just slippery no matter what you do. Cordura on my Sargent is slippery. Jeans are not, nor are leathers. The same Cordura is not slippery on the stock 1000RR vinyl seat.

Thats the same Corbin I have...If it has leather conditioner ( looks like it does) it is as slippery as goose sh*t ! just wipe it off and give it a few days . It still wont be as grippy as the stock seat but it will be a lot better !

goose sh*t, lol:D.
I wear Icon denim riding pants. I'll try to clean off any "stuff". It was my first ride, so I'll give it a couple weeks before I start to panic. I can't believe how much it affected me. I felt like a rookie again. |
maybe some 3m spray adhesive?! may be messy though!
