Mary Hills Loop
Mary Hills Loop
anyone ever been to Mary Hills Loop? supposedly a private road in the Northwest (Oregon perhaps?). Check out www.linesthemovie.com I suddenly feel the urge to own a few thousand acres.
I haven't been there personally. A friend has and says the race (put on by the Society of Vintage Racing Enthusiasts) is a great place to see old racing iron.
From http://www.maryhillmuseum.org/default.htm
The Maryhill Loop Road is located outside of Goldendale, Washington. "Maryhill Loops Road, the first asphalt-paved road in the Northwest, is a 3.5 mile course that includes twenty-five hairpin turns..."
This is the race:
Maryhill Loops Road Hill Climb
Sunday, October 9 - 8:30am to 5pm
