Manual CCT process

Started the step by step process of tearing down the bike this evening. Opening the air box I found that 1/2 the filter was covered with insulation about 2 inches thick (I think a critter was building a nest). I purchased the bike about 3 weeks ago and have only ridden it once. Only because I can hear the chains rattle from time to time at low rpms.
Carbs look very clean and most of the screws had Loctite on them. Makes me think that it hasn't been tinkered with. I removed the spark plugs and found that the rear plug was hand tight and I didn't need a ratchet to take it out. Both plugs had pretty bad carbon buildup.

I would think after I put it back together assuming I do it correctly that it will run differently with what I found.

Well I am finally done installing manual cct. Wasn't hard at all. Hardest part was remembering where the hoses go back on(saying that I really wouldn't wanna do it again). Checked valves, tightened chain, installed tail light mod with the 10 leds, new spark plugs, synthetic oil change and synced carbs with a carbtune I bought a long time ago. Couldn't take it for much of a ride because it was raining.

There's always tomorrow :).
