Lost takeoff power
 

Ok so i just got my bike back and had new plugs/wires, oil change, tires, and electrical done. First time out and right when i hit 7,000 rpm it wouldnt go higher so i shifted and it lost power then you can hear that tick. It dosent have near the power it did last year or begore either. Usually it will lift up on takeoff. Any ideas? 1998 honda vtr 1000 stage 1 jet kit. Also has a brand new rectifier as of last year. Any ideas would help thanks. When you say electrical done, what exactly does that refer to?

That tick may be due to a bad cct. Are cct's stock?
