CaffieneRacer in california has over 100k miles on his and he says he never used it as a commutter since he works out of a truck. It's semi-retired as his current ride is an SV1000.

Yeah, I believe he hit a deer with it, did he not? It's gone to Big Bike Heaven.

Just under 23k on my '01. Replaced the cam chain tensioners 1.5k miles ago along with the rear coil. Still runs strong.

11,000 on my 98....she may sound young and innocent but she's been ridden hard and hung up wet many, many times
