HI newbe here please help
hi i have a 2003 (sh) and i need parts. i check ebay but i can't find the parts im looking for.
parts needed/ a complete new Clutch basket Plate w/ the spring and the protected hard case where you put the motor oil in that covering the clutch basket.
yes my bike got in to a crash
, but not by me . i let a friend of mind test ride the bike while i'm babysitting his one year old. he goes and show off my bike to some girl and decide to teach the girl how to ride on my bike
. so to short-in the story she lost control of the bike and get her self pin under a park F150 truck. they had to get a tow truck to get her out. 911 came out and had her air lifted to a hospital.
moving back to my bike. can sumone post web site link where i can buy the parts. later i will upload the picture of where the bike was damage .

Welcome to the madness, but it sounds like you're already there! Not exactly a beginners bike. With friends like that..... I got everything I needed for my ex-deer hit rebuild on ebay. Patience is key. Would have saved some cash and gotten everything together sooner if I'd known about this site, Several guys on here have rebuilt bikes and will share supplier info I'm sure. Do a G oogle or Bing for retail parts suppliers. Hope the girl is okay, Guy is brain damaged I fear!

I buy most of my new OEM parts on line from Ronayers or from the OEM parts store at Thumpertalk
As for other places to get used stuff... ebay, here, and craigslist sometimes are your best choices I have seen.
