Just two weeks ago it was $3.70 Common $2.95 |
Dang - In Nashville I was just glad to see it under $4. Today I filled up downtown for $3.69/gal. WAY better than $4 but still not as good as where you are.
|

We actually just moved from Fairview back to Franklin. I was paying $800 a month in gas in Fairview with all the driving we did. Now we are paying $250, so that is muuuuuch better. |
I can't believe I'm breathing a sigh of relief at $3.95.
In 1973 during a "gas war" here in SoCal, regular was 24 cents a gallon. Up until 1974, gas wars would happen every few months so the suppliers could clean out their surplus. Prices would come down 8 to 10 cents a gallon for a couple of weeks. But of course when you factor in inflation....... |
Still about $3.85-$3.99 for regular in the San Francisco/Sacramento area

We're holding at 3.97 but north I saw 3.73! Found out going down (to the OE gearing (was 43 in the rear) has actually hurt my mileage. Why, cuz I find myself going faster as it runs that much smoother! LOL Now I'm gonna go back to the OE mains and keep my wrist in check and see what I get. Worst mileage for a long time, down to about 28 mpg but was averaging 100+ for looong stretches.
|
$3.81 this morning at 7-11.
|
Holding at $3.14 since last week
|
Where do you live thumper, a refinery?
