Dumb things people ask.

I know that there have been a few threads with the same topic, but I guess I never tire of hearing how far Homo Sapiens Sapiens has fallen. So, my contribution: "Why is there a handicap plate on your motorcycle?" Sigh...

I got asked of my '72 Corvette "Is that the new Porsche?"

How about dumb things people say:

"We are going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." (HC)

Funny that you should say that. Today I was behind a fellow on a GW with a handicap license plate. He was wearing a T-shirt, shorts and tennis shoes, and.. smoking a cigarette. I suspect that the plate was a premonition of things to come.

I had help earning my handicap plate. I was hit by someone. I always wear gear. Riders who don't make me want to grab them and show what can happen, even with gear.

I had a student in one of my AHRMA road race schools ask, "When will we learn how to lay 'er down?"
