clear or smoke LED tail lense? looking for suggestions

Well....

I sold my 95 Blaster today on craigslist, so i guess i feel the need to treat myself to something for the bike...

Was thinking of getting a intregrated tail light/brake light on ebay... they are pretty cheap...

they have the LED one's in Clear or Smoke.

I've got the blue superhawk, which do you think would look best?

I plan to do a painted undertail at some point, and REALLY want to remove the blinkers...

I was thinking smoke would look better, but i guess the clear wouldn't be bad..

Personally, I think clear looks better with a blue bike. For my yellow ride, I'd do smoke.

I wish i had them both to try on.. (without buying them both)... i'm just worried the clear will look funny when the bike is parked, and the lights are not on... hmmmmmmmmm.... I was honestly looking for the intergraded one's that are still red.. but couldn't find them

I agree with GregW...Clear for blue or red, smoke on yellow and prolly black. I just got a clear one for the red rocket.

I'd say it depends on your front markers... if it's clear then match'em! Let me know how it works out for you... I'm going to be doing the same thing to my hawk too!

I haven't changed the front yet, and because thats a easy choice, i'll match the front to the back

I voted clear... I think It compliments the silver wing decal better. It's also a nice contrast with the titanium color.

I think i'm leaning clear...

However i may have just thrown a kink in the plans...

Since i'm getting this SharkShinz lower fairing, I was toying with how i'm going to paint it...

If i stick with the Candy Tahitian Blue, then i'll go with a clear light for sure, because you guys are right, blue/clear is a good combo....

However i've been toying with doing either a Blue/White fairing combo, or possibly a Blue/Black combo... just to change things up some, and set it appart...

If i go blue/white, clear works fine.. but blue/black the smoke would probably make more since...

so.... i guess i'm not ordering untill i figure that out... fairing arives monday'ish... so i should figure it out next week....
