S-Rad as in "It's Rad!" or "Super Rad" or are you try to say "Side mounted Radiators". I think we are still trying to figure out how S-Rad applies to the VTR.
I really couldn't vote. Biggest complaint imply s that there is a complaint, and I don't have one. Range is not an issue, weight would be an issue if I knew what a lighter bike felt like, Fuel injection: again, maybe I just don't know what I am missing. I could vote for after market parts availability because rear-set options can be tough to find and replacement parts for crash repair aren't as available as say an R-6; but I have never complained about that. I just can't vote.

I'm with Slowhawk. Fuel range and 50 lbs. less. It really bothers me that Honda made a 19 litre tank but didn't put it on the 2001 and later VTR's that were sold in the USA and Canada. I had a hard time believing the sales guy when he said that the Canadian VTR's had the 16 litre tanks. Apparently some buyers were caught with the "specifications subject to change without notice thing" and were quite PO'd as a result. I heard that Honda sent them each a watch.

For me the fuel milage is not so much about the milage you get on one tank on a single ride, but its the fact that I have to fill it up so often (every other day). I had this trouble with my Warrior. I felt like I was always at the pumps. It kind of gets depressing filling your bike up every other day.

I voted fuel range cause it freakin drives me crazy.And now I think my low fuel light is out.I live by the trip meter.I've all ways started looking for gas at 100-110 miles.

My real complaint would be that they never developed the bike any farther.All of the above complaints could have been dealt with on a 2nd generation.Oh to dream of what could have been.

I'd say fuel range, but this would undoubtedly improve with injection. SVs get way better mileage. A bigger tank is the MOST expensive change, unless you go the 'Bling route (still a bunch of trouble/time).
They're definitely ALL issues, though.
Actually, I'd like the swingarm off the VFR, definitely increase the bling factor...and make tire changes a snap.

I went with weight- 50 to 60 lbs less would be great. I have been riding a lot of other bikes (1098, Speed triple, GSX-R's, R6's, CBR's, etc...) and if it were lighter, everything else would fall into place.
That being said, I have had mine for 8 years and many times have thought about trading it in for something else, but the SH is just so much fun (and it's paid for).
My #1 complaint (not really) is that it starts everytime. I ride mine year round-daily commuter- and the sucker is just so great... the Hardly duds get ticked off when I'm out there everyday while there's are in the shop...he he he...

I have to revise my statement. I earlier said that I have not complaints so therefore there can't be a "biggest complaint". But I have come to my senses. The motherF'n seat latch sucks big ones. It really shouldn't be that hard. If you are going to put tools, helmet holders, documents, etc. under there that needs to be accessed regularly then you better make a freakin seat that will unlatch with bustin my knuckles, scratchin the bodywork, or requiring the use of 3+ hands to do it. Honda sucks! (in that department)

Fund, try adjusting/tightening the stationary part if the latch under the seat...
I had a little trouble once with it working loose, but added some locktite to the threads and all's good now bro!

i have yet to find anything i dont like about my SH other than the nail in the tire ;-) and the fuel system issue but i think when i pull the lines and flush everything that should fix that if not i will let the pros do the carb clean/adjust unless there is another dallasite that knows what they are doing that would be willing to help for some free beer ;-)

I know when I need gas, I pull over and get gas.
What's the problem?
Why do so many people complain about that?
I've had bike with less fuel range than the VTR.

Yeah, I like my VTR so much I feel out of place-- so I've been thinking it over.
I wish it weighed 325 lbs. and made 160 H.P. I wish it came with top drawer Ohlins front and rear. I wish it got 100 mpg and 420 miles per tank. I'd like a slipper clutch, traction control and a speed variable steering damper. I'd like two wheel drive for off road and a removable gun rack as well. So I can take it bear huntin'. I want it to retail for $2999 MSRP. Other than that, it's a pretty good bike.

Texas can get very big on certain days. So much so that on certain days is west Texas with a good stout headwind if you can't make 150-175 miles on a tank - you're stuck.

Top PITA, the suspension is worth it's weight in junk. We could expect this since the SH is an economical bike
2 nd PITA, the torture seat, just thinking of it my *** swells like a baloon.
3 rd PITA, narrow mirrors that promote anorexia and T-shirt riding, I have to move my body to check them both.
4th PITA, the fuel range is on the low side and even if I'm hurrying trough the cars they all pass me because I can't make it with one fill up. Understandable because of the big airbox for horsepower and the low weight for handling and accel, compromises my friends ;D
5th PITA, stock cans are hell heavy, no need for two.
6 th stock tires, long gone but I still remember them
7 th the CCT paranoia, knowing that a timebomb is installed on your engine feels good to say the least.
I still love that bike it sounds...OMG Good base to build a custom street fighter
