Bar End Question

I am looking for a decent set of chrome bar ends that are heavy and on the longer side for protection and I don't trust the cheap ebay ones. Any suggestions?

Check out the Pingel's. If you want extra weight, pull the stock damper assembly from the clip-on,add some lead shot, replace dampers, fit bar-ends.

I have 11.75 oz stainless steel ends that are about twice as long as the stockers. They were purchased to address the vibration or ringing in the bars. They worked but not enough. I eventually bought Helibars, installed the stock weights and the stainless bar ends and things are pretty good. I cannot remember where I got them. I think it was ebay but I haven't seen them there for a long time. Good luck!

They're a little pricey, but Throttlemeister makes some nice solid bar ends that include a nice throttle lock as well. I have 'em on my VFR.
