bar end mirrors?

Who here is running them and how do you like them? Are they blurry?

a friend of mine runs them on his sv650, he seems to like them alot.

Mikstr, I'm running R1 mirrors and they work fine if you're looking for something other than OEM. They bolt right on. Some other folks here have them too and use spacers with them for better fitment and to get them out a little more so you can see better around your shoulders, but I don't have the spacers and the fit is fine and I can see fine...

I am currently running stock mirrors with GenMar spacers and they work very wel. Just thinking about cleaning up the look a bit by going to bar-ends.

any carbon news? :)

I run bar end mirrors and they work just as well as any stock ones. Absolutely no blur at all. It may help that I also use dirt bike handlebars... so there is a rubber bushing under my risers... but I don't think the were blurry without the bars either...

I've mounted a set on mine. Bike will be running in a few hours so I'll pay some extra attention to the view, but they are allready MUCH better just sitting still. I can actually see behind / somewhat along side me without retracting my elbows and turning my upper body! :) If the view isn't vibration blurred, it'll be icing on the cake!

My stock ones stay perfectly clear at all speeds so, although I would like to try bar-end mirrors, I am concerned about losing functionality (and the way most morons drive here in Quebec, you need usable mirrors)

I am running some ebay $30 barend mirrors. I have had them nearly a year now. I am really happy. No vibe, excellent visibility where you need it. Cleaned up the look, no antennae sticking out far to get around my elbows.

Try 'em ,you'll like 'em...

I like mine, very little vibration, although the PO installed aftermarket handlebars so that could affect it too. Took a bit of getting used to looking down further than with regular mirrors. And I had to adjust them so that I can use one while sitting upright and the other when fully tucked.

I run Oberon bar in mirrors on my RC51 and there great.

Just back from tooling around on the bike with mine. I got the aluminum / black ebay special. Very nice build quality, install was easy, and like the look.

No vibe at all at 50mph and below, and a good view (very convex) thats a little distorted but provides a great view. Aside from what others mentioned with getting used to looking down, I really like them! Way better view then the stockers!
