Back-up plan if forum goes down
 

This forum has been very reliable in the past. If something were to happen, I've created a Facebook group as a back-up, and there is always the Firestorm forum.

I would have directed you to the Firestorm FB group, but 80% of the content is banter about what color VTR you have. :confused:


Simple as that, no further explanation needed.

You mean, if this forum were to disappear? What about all the data?

Would it reappear without the pop-up ads on my phone?

Doubt it!

The data is backed up so everything would not be gone. I frequent another heavily used forum that has issues. They've created a FB page to relay info about the status when there is a problem, and chat when it's down. It has been very helpful. I don't see this one going in that direction but you never know.

If this forum goes down....I'm selling the bird. :shock:

I just tried to join the Facebook group. I am not very good at Facebook and it says I am pending.

can I donate money to help with the costs of keeping the forum up and running?
Also I'm sure most of us could do the same.

Facebook group creation is really an excellent idea. Website backup can be taken from the c panel, expecting a good day for all.
