Does anybody know about how many miles you can go when the low fuel light comes on?
|
So many factors - tire psi, rider weight, engine tune, riding style, etc. I've had it stretched to 15 miles once, but that was cutting it close. Bike sputtered and died when I was rolling in to the gas station.

Yeah that sjar (sounds just about right). I just pushed it 2 nights ago & almost had to push the bike down a 18 degree F street in manhattan at 4:30 am. I was rocking the bike to get to the station at @18 "mail " miles after idiot light.

Were you coming home down from the mountains with a big tail wind & a fat chick on the back? That could be the record for mbsp (miles before shouting profanities).
