3rd eye?

Concerning the smaller, semi-useless tiny top headlight: I notice there's 2 screws holding it in place and that it moves around a bit. If I unscrew both:

1) Do nuts behind it fall into the frame to be lost forEVAH.
2) Is it adjustable for some reason
3) Does it serve a purpose?
4) Is the bulb available by PIAA? I bought a SuperWhite PIAA for the headlight, can I get a SuperWhite for the 3rd eye?

Coincidence. I just bought a PIAA Super Plasma GTX mega uber giver turbo extreme bulb. Pricey little buggers. Have yet to try it out in the dark though. I hope to get more noticed.

The reason for the third eye is to get the bike past euro regulations. Other than that its really useless

It's been a while since I took mine apart but IIRC the screws go into the light housing itself. Mine's disconnected and runs a voltmeter (which I'll eventually hook up directly to the battery).

My appologies, no, I meant for the smaller upper light. I believe it's an H2?
