What a nightmare! I changed my password using my phone because I wanted to use it to login, but I couldn't remember my old password, so I reset a new one. Then the next time I visited the site on my desktop, the system was saying I needed to login, but the site wouldn't accept my new password (the one I was using on my phone). So I clicked on "forgot password", a new password was emailed to me, and the site wouldn't accept that one either. I tried this process several times until it just started locking me out. I had to get another email account and re-register to be able to login. My old screen name was grampi50, so from now on I'm grampy...

 

Wish I could help. Admin doesn't hang out here often and he's the one that could resolve these types of things.
