Private messages not saving?
 

Is anyone else having issues with PM's not sending? I've tried to send a few in the last 24 hours that are not showing up in my sent folder :confused:

I've not had a problem. Is your PM box full?

No, I am not even close to message capacity.

Today I sent a PM to a member, but it is not showing up in my sent messages. However, he replied to my "Ghost Message" so, is there a "delete on send" setting that I've accidentally selected?

*Update* Found the setting in USER CP: Private Message Settings:

Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

I keep checking it, but each time I go back to options it is UN checked. Not sure why it won't let me activate this feature?

OK, now I'm seeing the same behavior in my account. I have always had the save box checked and sent PM's have always been saved. Now it is unchecked and I can't get it to stay checked either. Help admins.

I guess you right, but the messages do go through

It's a revenue driven world - even here in Superhawk land. If this was a paid membership site that might be different. Maybe something we should pursue - let the advertisers pay us for accessing our memberhip/readership.

I sent a PM to the powers that be. I did check the box - save to sent and it did work for me. I'll post when I get a reply.
