log in trouble
 

Greg, I'm having trouble logging in it says thanks for logging in and shows me as a user but when I try to reply is says to log in again? I logged in five times to post this!! what just because I got rid of the hawk I'm not allowed on here anymore!!! j/k but I wanted to let you know Thanks in advance,Neil

Ya I have always had to log in like 3 to 6 times before it lets me in each time

I checked out your profile and everything seems to be okay. It's possible that if you are using different computers to log in and not properly logging out when done with each computer then vBulletin gets confused a bit with the IP address.

Thinking about it more, it's also possible that your computer acquired an IP address that is banned due to spammers. If there is a spammer near you then when that spammer logs off/shuts down that IP address is now free. When you start up then you may acquire the spammer's old IP address. Now that I realize this might be what's happening I'm going to stop banning IP addresses and just stick with email address extensions.

Guys, next time this happens go to http://www.ipaddressworld.com/ and get your current IP address. Then email it to me. I'll check to see if it's on the banned list.

Just curious - what Web browser are you using?

Not to make it hard on you I use about 7 different computers to access this site depends on where I am work for the UW so its not a big deal for me but it did not let me on at all 3 or 4 times will be on tonight fill you in on trackdays.
