Anybody heard from Mike recently. Sent him a PM haven't heard anything back , Very unlike him. I know he moved back to CA to find work so maybe he found it and is just busy, does anybody know?

Funny this should come up, I was just about to contact Mike for a weekend ride. Anyone else in Socal want in on this? Thinking maybe Malibu mountains or the Crest?

I'll also PM you his details.

I heard from him last week, haven't heard from him since. Did say his comp was still packed and he was on the site via his mobile.

Hey guys finally got to ride today with 8541Hawk. AKA "Mike the Bike" I'm gonna say that should be his nickname! Because he sure is one very smooth fast rider. No hanging off the bike all crazy like you see some guys? (hmmmm that would be me I guess? Duh!) Looks like Mike Hailwood out for a ride, only faster!

8541Hawk. is a wealth of knowledge to this site, he has helped me with questions in the past. Respect dude. Until the next ride. Steve

Glad to hear he's OK, like I said it seems strange not to have him responding to some of these newbs. Gary Nixon never hung off either!

Well thanks guys.... just took a few days off to actually ride and get a few things done.... Plus the ex has been a bit of a handfull lately so it was just better to do other things for a bit.

I'll try to get caught up with the PMs and calls I need to make, so for the slow reply.

Now for the Hailwood comment, to be compaired to him is an honor but I really don't deserve it. Though I guess my choice of colors for the next paint job is justified.... ;)
