Great video, where the hell do you live, I mean good grief only one vehicle other than the chaser in the whole thing. Great looking roads too.

Finally what's your riding gear?

merckid 08-20-2012 04:35 PM

what editing program are you using?

Just posted an HD version.

I used to use my MAC to do videos but honestly I can do way more with Windows Movie Maker on my PC. It comes for free and works great.

ICON - Domain2 Helmet
Technic Chicane leathers and Technic gloves.
Kriega R25 backpack (awesome pack)

The roads are in south Williamson County TN (Leipers Fork). We ride at 8am Sunday morning and it's usually really clear. I don't think I actually edited out any other cars than the ones you see. :)

Awesome view jaypo. Do you have a pic of the camera mounted so we can replicate?

Awesome, I love it!

I would post up a pic but it's not working right now. But basically I used round aluminum tube stock from Home Depot and cut into 12 - 16" lengths. Then I beat the ends down flat, shaved them round and drilled holes into them. That way they fit my gopro mounts and the camera housing. I use the gopro suction cup mount and attach another piece of aluminum to the mirror using painter and electrical tape. It helps brace the camera and reduce shaking. I'll try to post some pics up later or take a video of it.

If you goto 2:11 in his video you can see the shadow of his set up on the ground. It apparently gets rid of almost all the vibration. I mounted a camera with one of those chinese made handle bar clamps on my mirror...... Doesnt look anything like my video, while Im moving, there is so much vibration you cant hardly make anything out.

This video is way cooler than mine
