What Is This World Coming To

1 Attachment(s)
A 16 year old girl that used to babysit my kids and whose father I have been good friends with for a long time was abducted from outside her house last night. She drove to the corner store to pick up a few things, drove back home but never made it in the house. The stuff she bought at the store was still sitting in her car. She went missing from Penhold, Alberta, Canada which is about 80 miles north of Calgary. I am posting the missing poster for everyone to look at, the more people that see it the better.

Update, she has been found. The man who took her let her go at a local mall and she is with her parents

Glad she got home. They need to find this guy & lock him up for a few years.

These kind of things don't usually end well. Glad she's home.

Per the RCMP who interviewed her, it isn't clear what happened.

"We are not going to call it foul play, but extremely suspicious. She's a good kid and right now we don't have any plausible explanations."

Family, everybody's got one and it ain't always pretty. I'm glad the kid is ok and hope the family can work things out. I remember the teen years with my son. Sometimes you just got to hang on and hope for a better day. They become real people again when they turn 19.

Yep, those teen years can be rough on a parent. You look a lot smarter to your kid once they hit the real world & start supporting themselves.

They arrested a 56 year old man this afternoon for kidnapping and sexual offenses. It appears she fought him off and managed to run inside the mall where she called home.

That answers the questions I had after reading the articles in the Edmonton Sun. Was the girl abducted and abused, unwilling to talk about it right away? Or was something else going on?

Given your information, a just society, upon conviction of this 56 year old man, would invite the father, brother, uncles of the girl to spend 30 or 45 minutes with the convict. They would be invited to bring power tools and propane torches. Were he still alive after 45 minutes, an agent of the state would arrive with a Mossberg 500, place it at the base of his skull and put him out of his misery. Too bad Canada, like the rest of western societies. isn't a just society.

We all wondered the same thing, weather she was abducted or if there was something else. Knowing the family and the girl as well as I do we assumed she was abducted but you never know. They were able to make the arrest on the detailed information she was able to give about her abductor. It appears he was a complete stranger and she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and he grabbed. Unfortunately she was assaulted sexually and physically but thank god she is still alive. She is a strong girl and will be fine. I agree that her family should have first crack at the bastard and I hope they have enough on him to nail him to the wall.

That shit scares the crap out of me I am a father of 2 girls, I don't know what I would do if I was in that situation.

Screw the power tools - use hand tools! Make it hurt and make it last longer.

But really, a shotgun? Seems like a waste of a shell. Instead, maybe jamming a bunch of screws underneath his nails and lightly tapping each one in. And when you're done, you can always pull the nails back out!

Perpetrators of child abduction/molestation should be put away for life, period.
They should also be housed with the general prison population, which of course would lessen the length of their "life" sentence.;)

Moto Man 03-02-2009 02:38 PM

These types can be delt with once he is inside the "system". You need to buy a bunch of cigarettes and pay a visit to one of the "lifers" at the facility where they put him, to make sure this scum gets his justice. Even though they keep the child sex offenders seperate from the general guys. They will find a way to get to him for you.

g_clarke_2008 03-02-2009 05:05 PM

They just announced that the guy who took her was dressed like a cop and had blue/red lights mounted in his car, that's how he got her into the car with him.

HondaJim 03-02-2009 05:35 PM

I hope his 56 year old ass is virgin so it hurts more when one of the ass monkeys gets ahold of him. If this world has any justice they'll knock his friggin' teeth out and have him giviing gum head the first day behind bars.

LineArrayNut 03-02-2009 07:26 PM

SOAB! this kinda crap makes me VERY glad I haven't procreated...

sumthin_major 03-02-2009 07:59 PM

I've been saying for years that they need to bring back public hangings. The crime rate would drop over night.
