Took some pics of my scooters...

The red one is a very rare 1984 Honda Gyro. Its a 3-wheel scoot that pivots separate from the engine pod. Its a fun little head turner to buzz around the neighborhood in!
The second scoot is my '05 Honda Ruckus. These things are everywhere now a days. Only mod I did was install a power outlet so I can charge my cellphone or charge the scoot itself. I take this one downtown to baseball/football games games etc... because I can park on the curbs for free! I hate riding the Hawk downtown with all the traffic, parking fees and wearing my hand out with the damn clutch. I have always liked the ruckus
|
We see a lot of Ruckus's here in San Clemente. Guys put a surfboard rack on the side and use them to shuttle to the local beaches.

Scooters are like fat chicks. Fun to ride when no one else is watching.
I'd like to see some action shots, er scooters in motion doing what they were born to do. If you could drag a knee on the Gyro that would sweet. Is the Ruckus a 2 stroke? |
It's a 4 stroke or they wouldn't be able to sell it here.
It reminds me of the homemade mini bikes of the 50's and 60's, only larger. They had Briggs and Stratton lawn mower engines. |
the ruck is a 4 stroke, the gyro is a 2 stroke, and yes you can lean the hell out of it.
