Theoretically speaking,
If your employer all of a sudden stated that they are going to mandate a covid vaccine for all employees...how might you respond to that?
Thanks

My nature would be to cause a rukus and go to the labor board because it's probably not legal to mandate such actions. In fact there is a large contingent of nurses that have refused across the country. But then again, I'm in my late 60s and have already had Covid and I'm signed up for the vaccine. I also wore a helmet before it became mandatory. But, I didn't like it when I was told that I had to. LOL
I would not like to be told I have to. That said, I'll probably get one when I'm eligible, on my own. My wife is a critical care nurse and she has not. Doesn't want to be one of the people 5 years from now watching TV and the commercial pops up that says.. If you got the XXXX shot, call this number now..

Should not be mandatory! If we are adults enough to vote, we should be able (in theory) to choose if we want to take the vaccine.
Seems the freedom is been taken away slowly but surely.

She's one of many in the medical field (and outside of it) who feel this way. I always try to be one who see both sides of things and I'd never tell someone NOT to get it. But at the same time my family and I spend a fair amount of time taking care of ourselves, eating right, vitamins, reading ingredients, staying in shape etc. and don't believe that I should be told that I HAVE to inject something in my body that NO ONE knows the possible long term effects of. Yes it has an EUA but it hasn't even been approved by the FDA yet (for what little that actually may even mean to you). For me it's not about politics or conspiracy theories, it's about leave me the f#@k alone to choose.
