I just received a PM from a new member that appears to be scam related...how do we normally deal with this?

Soliciting new member name is "fucks." Here is the PM:

"Tea in Texas has a rear cylinder head that she wants to part out for a cheaper price but because i'm not in the state right now, i couldn't purchase it from her maybe you should contact her and see if she still have it for sale. Here's her teawills43@gmail.com

"Fucks" IP address is in the US, the email is a gmail address.
Its strange but Im not seeing the common signs of a spammer.

I've sent Tea in Texas an email, and she immediately responded and her name is Teresa Williams
