Newbie from NC
 

Hey everyone.I am in North Carolina.My name is David and I just bought a wrecked Hawk.I am so pumped about gettig it on the road.It is my first bike in 15 yrs(rode a Rebel 250 when I was 16).I have enjoyed the info from this site and have already ordered a set of manual cct's.I was suprised at this because every Honda 4-stroke motor I have owned has been rock solid reliable.Anyways,see you all in the forums!

Nice! I love that area, I was just up there a month ago looking at relocating. Torn between that area, Charlotte and N. Geoergia.

I just relocated to Charlotte about 3 weeks ago (actually Huntersville just north of Charlotte), I can't wait to get over your way, Asheville is a beautiful place to ride...

Let me know if you ever get over this way, we'll go pound some pavement together...

And for the record, I love the weather here!! Can't believe I came from 104* baking sun/no rain for months, to mid to upper 70* great riding weather...I'm lovin it!! though I do miss the newer roads back in north TX, and the gas station every 2 blocks (need that with this bike)...
