IDIOT

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDov0zuO3bk

The rest of his vids are stupid too. Can't believe that guy is still alive

SIAP

Truckinduc Mar 28, 2009 08:51 PM

Those are the kind of people who give us all a bad name. Take it to the track.

CentralCoaster Mar 28, 2009 09:01 PM

Boring.

I don't mind people being in a hurry to kill themselves, so long as he doesn't crash into my bike.

VTRsurfer Mar 28, 2009 09:10 PM

The title of your thread says it all.

A statistic waiting to happen. Just hope he doesn't take out any innocent bystanders.

haknslash Mar 28, 2009 09:17 PM

Get this, there is a guy on my local forum who says he see's nothing wrong with the vid. I asked if he was serious and he said "dead serious". Well he got that part right I guess. Take it to the track.

I think this guy might actually be worse http://www.youtube.com/swf/l.swf?swf...cle%20Insanity. Is he riding on a 120 size rear tire, boosted or what? Darwin will prevail. Always does.

agreed

j shizzy wizzy Mar 28, 2009 10:07 PM

wow, just wow....

Little_Horse Mar 28, 2009 10:15 PM

I see two likely possibilities one he kills only himself or two his riding buddy doesn't see his recless friend passing him on the right while doing a wheelie and both the idiots take each other out. This kinda thing is why they probably will limit hp on bikes someday, forget giving us a bad name what about stupid consequences for the restof us.

finepooch Mar 29, 2009 07:48 AM

not as wild as those euro guys in s. france(?). i'm talking about those three, one had a duc, one had a hawk, and i don't remember the other bike. they crashed too.

98ILVTR Mar 29, 2009 08:09 AM

Retarded. I don't like stunters, or reckless riders on the streets, if you want to go fast, the track is the best environment, or a closed course where they can only hurt their self!

Not only did they crash they hit each other totaling a new hawk and a new desmo. What a shame.

The fastbikes guys. Crazy vids for sure.

Eventually, that kind of riding on the street is self correcting. Just be glad that it improves the gene pool.

Warning - Graphic
See http://www.600rr.net/vb/showthread.php?t=83584

I'm not too worried about Aholes like that. I don't believe we're all judged by the actions of the few idiots any more than when we see kids in cars doing stupid stuff. Too bad judges aren't give the ability to take away that dope's bike for a stretch instead of another ticket.

Kids will ride w/o a license or with too many speeding tickets. Tough to ride w/o the bike. Have them work on a meat wagon or in the morgue for a few weeks. Give them plenty of time to think.

hehe very well put.

usmc7051 Mar 29, 2009 06:36 PM

They're all Ghostrider wanna be's. Ever since he released his videos random idiots try to recreate what he does.

So true. One of my friends has a red GSXR 1000 and does this kinda stuff . It's crazy, when we are on a back road where you can see for miles he only goes 40. When we get into town, he won't go under 80, passing cars on the shoulder and exactly like this guy on the video. I think the guy doing the videoing was on a gsxr also. Maybe its a gsxr thing???

firehawk Mar 29, 2009 11:36 PM

Good thing I just ride the sleeper hawk/storm; don't feel the need to prove myself or the bike, I suppose ;) Whenever I met those wackos, I'd just tell myself "better you not me, duds!"

It only "sorta" improves the gene pool. Most of the ones who need cleansing wouldn't even consider getting on a bike.

IMO, it's weakening the gene pool. Some of these riders have talent, just not the common sense. The ones without either are sitting at home reproducing like rabbits, and welching off everyone else.

bundleofgrundle Mar 30, 2009 06:37 AM

I think "idiot" might be an understatement. The upside to stuff like this is that being a prudent rider (and it seems like almost everyone this site is for the most part), you can get complacent when it comes to defensive riding. If anything, this kind of stuff reminds you of your own mortality and serves as that wake up call we all need now and then.

And how is Mr. Ghostrider any better than these tools? They're all morons.

He didn't say that Ghostrider was any better. Just that they are trying to emulate him.

Ghostrider just made it known to the public that these type of things were being done.

NAVY8TR Mar 30, 2009 09:07 AM

yeah he had to publish videos of his stupid stunts because no one saw him coming in their rear-view

thefauxnarchist Mar 30, 2009 09:46 AM

the guys that wrecked the hawk and duc (the fast bikes guys), one of them is shane "shakey" byrne...formerly of BSB now with WSBK. not sure if he was one of the guys that actually wrecked, but he's in alot of the rides for fast bikes.

+2

Duck007 Mar 30, 2009 11:24 AM

This idiot is placing WAY too much trust in the cagers around him not to hit their brakes or change lanes when they see him coming up...besides riding like a tool in general.

lynchie Mar 30, 2009 01:02 PM

Its only going to take one car changing lanes not seeing him commin up like a bat outa hell, and he wont be riding like that for a while..

Dan Cronin Mar 30, 2009 01:30 PM

RE: The upside to stuff

Forgot to mention another upside...plenty of cheap parts hitting the market.

Jim TT Mar 30, 2009 02:36 PM

That kind or riding is completely irresponsible; don’t put other people in danger which is what I am seeing. These riders have considerable skill but a total lack of respect for others. I am glad the bikes of my testosterone filled youth did not make much more that 65HP because I may have killed myself on a GSXR1000. I also don’t like the ‘look at me’ ego element I sense is at play here. I would not have as much trouble with it if they were on a deserted road but in traffic it is a real dangerous game, not just for the foolish rider but for the other people around them. If they think they are that good they should be on a race track not on public roads – BTW what was he riding; if it said I missed it.

Gtrain00 Mar 31, 2009 10:37 AM

It only takes a few little stones, let alone a care changing lanes for these guys to not be riding for a while.

I think this even goes beyond the realm of track riding. Track riding is purposeful and even fluid. This is just plain stoopit

bigpat123 Apr 6, 2009 07:29 PM

that was nuts....if they make it too 30 i would be surprised. A fool and his camcorder....

I cant believe they pulled some of that around opposite sides of cages on corners????..or going around other bikers, come on that's disrespectful.
