Honda vs Chevy
2 Attachment(s)
SWMBO was on her way home from work. This is the result of inattention and following too close.
GF's Honda CRV Attachment 20150 Other woman's Chevy Cruze Attachment 20151 Make no sense to me either. I don't see a Chevy in my future. |

Damn. Crumple zone? Haha

"You should see the other guy."

I believe the Cruze are made from Thailand and CRV from Japan.

Really has nothing to do with the quality of a Chevrolet. It's a crumple zone designed on purpose to absorb the impact for the passengers. If you'd been rear ended by a car from the 30's, 40's, 50's or 60's it would probably have next to zero exterior damage, but all that force gets transferred to the occupants, hence the joke "hose off the dash and sell it to the next person." I see car accidents pretty much every shift at my job, and you'll often see one car all messed up and the other with much less damage. Also has lots to do with the where on the vehicles they impacted, the height, angle, etc. Looks like the car did what it was designed to do (it's driver not so much ;) )
