Got my GoPro yesterday

I love this little camera! Hell of a bang for the buck. I can see myself using this thing tons during the riding seasons. Anyone thinking about buying one should so long as you're not looking for HD or pro quality. That being said I couldn't be happier with it. I looked at the VIO POV line, the VholdR Contour HD etc but just couldn't justify spending the extra hundreds of dollars for the added quality when I'll be using it for uploaded web vids only.

BTW anyone not using vimeo for their videos needs to check it out. SO MUCH better than youtbue as it doesn't compress the living snot out of your videos near as much. I think I will end up paying for their premium service soon just based on that.

I made a short video. Sorry to disappoint but no VTR included as I sold mine a little while back. Hope you enjoy http://www.vimeo.com/4758221

The 500mb limit is unfortunate ... my videos are closer to a gig.

Nice vid by the way.

My GoPro broke after a month of use. Loved it while it worked though. Haha

How did yours break? They have a one year warranty. Did you try and get it swapped or fixed?

Something inside the unit (possibly a wire) is loose. And no...I didn't bother trying to get it fixed or replaced. Probably should though.

If you have a program like iMovie or something along those lines, you can add special effects, music, credits, so on and so forth.
