FOR SALE: 2001-2005 Honda VTR1000F ignition control module, CDI

A rare find at such a good price: $55.00 plus $5.00 shipping. This unit came from a low-mileage 2003 VTR1000F (with only about 10K-miles on the odometer). This is an ordinarily expensive part ($377.08 at wholesale-zilla), here at a low price of sixty bucks. It thus makes an excellent trouble-shooting tool for the CDI ignition system of the Generation II VTR1000F, something attuned to the trouble-shooting needs of the VTR1000F enthusiast.

You can always use this module as an affordable back-up part to be used to complete a "quick-and-dirty swap," to verify that the CDI ignition problem isn't in the Ignition Control Module. Or, it might serve as just an affordable backup part for a VTR-specific item that might fail some day, and that will some day be out of stock at the parts wholesalers.

Ships via USPS to lower 48 US states only: No international shipping.

Happy Motoring!

The price was lowered by $5, to make the total cost an even $60. The above post was edited accordingly, and it also contains the updated eBay link.

cheers,

***This item is no longer for sale. I decided that it has been posted long enough, so I will just store it with other spare VTR parts, in case I some day want to add the 2001-2005 instrument cluster to the completely restored 1998 VTR.
