the guy that won the bid , lives in Ashland, and works @Mechanicsville airport ? didn't even want the paper on the bike... what's the trick in Va. for gaining titles for "abandoned" vehicles ? I think that is the route he was planning to go. He didn't say that, but I'm curious how this works in Va. This bike had a PA.salvage certificate, and he did say he didn't want to hassle with that. Can he get a title in Va., and get around the "salvage history" by "cleaning" it that way?? I have the hardest time selling bikes/vehicles with salvage history, even when it wasn't smashed...and I am "straight player" ... no BS with my stuff. verified...this buyer says he owns a bike/mechanical shop ?
