Hey guys its been awhile. Well im looking to build a track/some days bike. I've been looking for SH/RC51 frames and ive found a few, but with bills of sale mostly. Looking for a frame with a title from the individual actually selling it and willing to ship. Miles don't really matter, I am located in Oceanside ca 92058. Thanks.

I have a bare frame, but no title....If you come to that point I'd rather sell it to you cheap than scrap it

Thing is im totally ok with a BOS but in the state of California unless the vehicle has a prior history here they can't do anything with it. I'll be moving back to Arizona but do not know their policy.

I have one with a clean title no idea how id ship it but if you know the best way i have no problem doing it... may not be worth it cause im in nj but if it is im thinking 300 plus shipping let me know
