WTB exhaust cans maybe 2 bros
WTB exhaust cans maybe 2 bros
So after a scant 20yrs of service my 2 bros carbon can is beginning to fail. I can keep drilling and riveting it but for how long?
Looking for some deep bass sounding slip ons at the usual forum brotherhood bargain prices LOL.

Joe,
If the carbon end caps can be reinforced with some epoxy & fiberglass scrim @ 30/60/90 degrees, and then painted with semi-gloss HT black, do it.
Did you call 2Bros to see if they have some attic stock end caps that may fit; or online?
Repair is the best option.
Be sure to buy some stainless steel steel wool to first wrap the core diffusers and then wrap with HT fiberglass (I've gone to ceramic batt; if you want some I'll send it to you if you cover shipping). It's obviously very light weight and can be compressed into a cardboard mailing envelop. Also use longer stainless steel or aluminum rivets.
Packed right you should get another 15k.
