interesting. I wonder how many adult beverages had been consumed before they commenced with the surgery?

It's not how many were consumed before, but during the build.

As a southern dealer once told me about his customers:
A stick welder and a six pack, watch out.

Haha yeah it does kinda look fun. My first sportbike was a '90 600R so I guess I have a little (real little lol) soft spot for them. More than anything it looks great for getting stupid and getting mangled on...

Look's fun!? It looks hideous! It would look fun for sand mountain in nevada if it had a paddle tire on the back!

Come on guys, this is one of the coolest things ever! You are all just jealous you didnt think of it. He should have just put can am decals on it & sold it as a spyder. 100mph trike. That definitely wont kill you. Do you think it can wheelie?

I must be getting old.

Looking at contraptions I no longer wonder whatsitlike to ride, but rather how much will it hurt when I crash.

This thing looks like a sure trip to the plaster cast and suturery ward.

HAHA read my previous post...that's usually the first thing that pops into my mind. I can already see it understeering too hot into a corner and barrel rolling off into god knows where...

So this is okay:

and the guy making his own is not?

it was obviously a project of "can i do it" more than "i have to do it"

with that mentality all guys doing mods on SuperHawks are idiots too?

I guess I've just never seen a hill climber with nobbies on the front and a street tire on the back! He must climb asphalt hills.

I could not see that thing being a good hillclimber or even being any good off road. Even if you put a offroad or paddle tire in the back it would still be to heavy in the front with little traction in the back. It would just spin and plow. Now if he put the rear end of the raptor on it as well then you might have something fun!

the problem with the OP's post is that the trike in question does not have proper brakes. is it okay that he made it, sure. Is it okay that you cant stop on 8" discs from a quad?
