This fits a bunch of bikes. come to think of it most of my bikes have 41mm forks. But unlikely I will lose enough pounds to fit these springs ha ha.

Should be great for a 150ish lb rider (without gear on).

Not really that low. Maybe we've had this discussion before but I'm 220 (or was I'm dropping) without gear on and run RT .85 springs. It all depends on riding style (how smooth your go in, how rapidly (hard) you brake, fork fluid weight and level, compression damping, rebound damping, fork brace (with proper alignment), and a few other variables.

However, a VTR buddy of mine just got a like new used Penske and also needs springs so he is interested in this set.

Are they new in package with preload spacer tubes uncut (not essential as I prefer using PVC pipe), stickers, instructions and 6 provided wearing washers (very important to have)?

These were removed from my SV650. The spacers have been cut already. But I have the washers(don't remember if I have all 6. I think i have atleast 4)

Tom,

.80 may be a bit soft for you, .85 or even .90 may be better...
