and if the bikes super smooth and no shake at all from the front end?

not trying to be an ***, just bought a vtr1000, does the bike need a damper?
Will be doing a track days with the bike every couple of months.

It's good to have. I had some speed wobble and mine got rid of it. Plus its better to be safe than sorry :-)

I bet that's just the damper, without the mounting bracket which is another $150 I assume the OP is including everything for $350, but he should clarify that.

Yes the damper is complete with everthing needed to bolt on and go.will take 300 and still include shipping.thats the lowest i can go.cost me 435 when i bought it so i think that is a fair price.
