I have one left in the basement. I don't konw if it's right or left. I'll check in the morning.

Thanks man! Actually all I need (if anyone else is watching) is the mounting piece. The mirror is fine, the arm is good. The metal piece that tucks under the grommit broke where the arm bolt goes thru it.
