FS: Hugger & rear braided brake line

5 Attachment(s)
I am not sure the origins of this hugger, since I got it with the purchase of my '98. Meaning, don't know if it's OEM. Nevertheless, it's a very nice unit since I had it professionally painted about two years ago. Asking 85$ + shipping.
Brake line is a Russell I got from E. Marquez last year when he did his swing arm mod. 20$ shipped to the US/Canada.

Thanks for looking....;)

hugger

Does the hugger bolt on to the stock set up or is customization required to get it to fit?

Jack Flash 02-22-2015 08:12 AM

Bolts to the stock, and, it's a perfect fit. I'll throw in the hardware, which I forgot to mention.

xeris 02-22-2015 08:29 AM

Is the hugger fiber glass or plastic (ABS)?

mikstr 02-22-2015 09:04 AM

having discussed this very matter with my bud JF previously, I believe it's ABS

Thanks.
Any idea about who the manufacturer is?

Jack Flash 02-22-2015 11:50 AM

Apoc & Xeris, give me a day to see how tight I can package this sucker up, and I'll give you an estimate of shipping fees. Then, you can have a boxing round on who wants it...:p
Must warn you, it will be a bit more then what you're used to, but will try my best.

Xeris, to answer your PM'd question, it fits real nice at the front, following the swing arms lines. You can see this clearly in the second picture. If you were to drive in the rain, it would keep rain away from shock and motor. However, if you're to brace your swing arm, this is no good for you. It's the reason why I'm selling it.

Thanks for the heads up. I do already have a hugger for the braced swinger. I just don't know how long it will be before I actually get to finishing the project. In the mean time it would be nice to have to cover the the rear from crud.

skokievtr 02-22-2015 03:47 PM

is it sold? inquiring minds want to know and have dibs if not...

Jack Flash 02-22-2015 06:23 PM

Skokie, you're third in line. I'll figure out shipping tomorrow, and post costs.

UCF Eric 02-22-2015 06:25 PM

Can I call dibs on the rear line?

PM me if you want it. You've got first dibs.

Jack Flash 02-23-2015 10:30 AM

So shipping varies from 65 to 72$ depending on where you are in the states.
No matter what, I'll bit half the bullet on this one. So, anything between 30-35$ will be your shipping cost.

Apocalypse has first dibs, so, I'll wait to see if he still wants it.
