FS: Fox Twin Clicker Shock
 

SOLD SOLD SOLD I have another Fox twin clicker shock for sale. Did my best to research the specs on the spring, and with the help of OldGuy and what I found online I posted the info below. Bought awhile back with a larger lot of parts. It's not brand new of course, but it looks to be in good used shape, is pretty clean and nothing is leaking. Add the cost of having it serviced (see below, which it may not need but I'd recommend) and you should still be in the ballpark. SOLD SOLD SOLD

Spring reads "Eibach 75594" and "0600.225.0950" According to info OldGuy was nice enough to post, and that I was finally able to find on svrider.com, the first # is the spring length (6"), the second is the spring diameter (2.25"), and the third is the spring rate (950 lbs.) OldGuy posted the spring rate recommendations in his post below (thank you).

I have a Fox on my bike; the "0950" on the spring means it is a 950 lb/in rate (the "0600" means 6" length, the "225" means 2 1/4" I.D.).

I'd have to check my records at home to confirm but I believe Fox recommended the 950 lb/in spring for riders weighing 181 - 230 lbs.

Spring Rate Recommendations
850 lb/in for 90 - 140 lb rider
900 lb/in for 141 - 180 lb rider
950 lb/in for 181 - 230 lb rider
1000 lb/in for 231 - 280 lb rider

Yes this fits a Superhawk. Thought that was implied but I've actually been asked several times so.... yes it came off a Superhawk, and I've had it side by side with the Ohlins and the stock shock off my Superhawk.

For what it's worth, here are my spring rate suggestions:

Rider Weight / Spring Rate
95-130 lb = 850 lb/in
130-165 lb = 900 lb/in
165-200 lb = 950 lb/in
200-240 lb = 1000 lb/in
240-275 lb = 1050 lb/in

Have a Fox TC on my bike and it is the mod that has made the biggest difference so far.

It hasn't been mentioned but that shock also has ride height adjustment.....no more spacer above the shock mount.... ;) :cool:
