SuperHawk Forum - FS: Complete (non-operational) 2002 1000F SuperHawk

Hi All,

I am selling my (recently) non-operational 2002 Honda VTR1000F SuperHawk for sale. I blew an engine rod 3 weeks ago.

The title is clean, I just don't have the time or motivation to recondition the engine.

The bike was my daily rider, and so is otherwise in good mechanical order.

The bike would suit a hobby rebuilt or a source-for-parts motorcycle for a SuperHawk enthusiast. Registration is paid until Nov, 2016.

List of recent and relevant changes/replacement parts:

Chain, front, and rear sprockets 8/19/15 - K530MVX120, 112-0145, 120-0028 $237.85
New front, rear tires, brake pads 8/12/15 - M5-E 190/50ZR17 73W, M5-E 120/70ZR17 58W $250
Cam Chain tensioners 9/29/12 - $155.74

The fairings are warn but otherwise intact, with general wear and tear over the entire motorcycle. See pictures included. All electronics were operational at the time of the blown engine which was ~3 weeks ago.

I will not separate the bike for parts, the entire lot is up for sale, and for pick up only in Fullerton, CA. The bike is sold as is, with no exchanges or refunds. Cash only.
