Well, had to get rid of one of my two motorcyles, the other being a Yamaha WR250R, and the Superhawk was the victim. Never got around to doing the handlebar conversion, so I have a brand new set of Apex 3" rise clip-ons up for sale.
Their inner diameter is 41mm -- for the stock Superhawk (see http://www.apexmfg.com/docs/clip-on-chart.pdf ). Their site is here:

I have a set similar to these on my VTR (4" riser on CBR900RR forks) and they are very nice bits. Finely machined and sturdy, not to mention almost infinitely adjustable (and not just for height but angle too) you can't go wrong with these.... Good price too
