Wow, that's a smokin' deal! I have a feeling this will go super fast. If I lived near Holiday, Florida, this would be in my garage already. Good luck with the sale man.

bpw 11-18-2014 06:35 PM

I know man Im trying to move some stuff over here lol, I have a 3 car garage collection worth of stuff in a one car garage and a baby on the way.

Someone throw me 6 one hundred dollar bills and enjoy!!! (Wish I had more room Id horde it)

bpw 11-23-2014 05:24 PM

I will deal with the pain in ass to pack and ship it is not free. Ive had four or five people say they want it, then shipping is a problem....???? IDK its 300lbs

1971allchaos 11-23-2014 07:26 PM

PICTURES would help me ..... find that envelope of $100 bills ....

bpw 11-24-2014 04:12 AM

That's a reasonable request, I have pictures of the bike as it was in my other for sale thread Ill get you some more detailed pics if those aren't close enough? I can understand if they're not. I sill have to get the swinger off and the tail may do that today. Lemme know if those pics in the other thread get ya a look at what you need if not post up here and Ill get some up today or tomorrow when I get the swing arm and tail off.

Thanks

bpw 11-30-2014 01:47 PM

skokievtr 12-01-2014 11:43 AM

bpw 12-01-2014 12:40 PM

Cool lemme know

bpw 12-01-2014 12:44 PM

Chaos any luck finding that???

bpw 12-06-2014 08:55 PM

Bump?

JamieDaugherty 12-15-2014 05:16 PM

Why was the bike parted? Crashed? Frame bent?

bpw 12-23-2014 06:49 PM

Sorry, no frame is straight clean title. parted was building a street fighter and changed platforms mid build. I took it apart, running unwrecked less than 10k documented miles. Nothing to hide here.

Unbelievably still available

CrankenFine 01-12-2015 01:15 PM

Maybe you should just part it out in subassemblies and single parts.

bpw 01-17-2015 02:30 PM

that is a pain in the ass and I currently have other pains in my ass that are a lot more pressing/lucrative Im not looking to make money just looking to free up garage space.

Someone interested could always fork over the 6 and do said part out and make money I just dont have the time.

Sometimes you need to have a little patience... 2 months isn't always that long of a time to wait, especially when you want to get your price for something. It is a good deal to someone looking for those parts or who needs an engine, especially if they're local. But if you put everything back on it to make it rideable how much more would it be worth? The real value there is to say someone who needs an engine and who takes the time to sell the rest of the stuff separately to make up some of the cost...

But judging from past parts outs...frame $200-250, radiators $50-$75 side, carbs $75-$100, engine ??? because of the shipping cost maybe $400... they usually sell on ebay, when they do, for around that, or 600-700 with free shipping. Shipping is going to cost $200-$250...

As it would cost a pretty penny to ship whole, you may want to consider previous advise and part the rest of it out. I mean it wouldn't take you more than an hour to disassemble what you have there, snap some pics and throw the parts up here and on ebay... probably would be worth your time. Remove the "squidwheelies.com" sticker while you're at it ;) The separate parts will also appeal to many more buyers than the unit as whole. Good luck with it.

I'm buying it as is, so it's now mute...;)

See, there you go, just needed a little patience...

bpw 01-18-2015 03:16 PM

Cpt, you point is valid Ive parted many a bike. Currently I have a Z1000 that needs a little here and there and a RC51 that needs quite a bit... now I was keeping the hawk theres some pics posted on the direction I was going but.... I JUST (yesterday) had a baby boy enter my life god blessed us with a healthy 9.7lb whooper so Im currently thinning the stable to two bikes lol. Its not a money thing its a room in my one car thing garage and now a time thing.

Oh and patience has been a virtue that has forever eluded me...

captainchaos 01-18-2015 03:58 PM
